As a Registered Health and Wellbeing Coach (RHC), Life Coach, Menopause Coach and Stress Management Consultant, I use a unique combination of nutrition, lifestyle advice and coaching to get you where you want to be- and get great results!

Based in Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire, I work online and in person from Lifeways, providing 1:2:1 health and wellbeing coaching and corporate wellness services, with a focus on supporting busy, time challenged people.

Clients come to me when they are feeling tired, stressed, struggling with perimenopause and menopause symptoms or hormonal issues.

They may want to improve their energy, mood and/or sleep, reduce their stress levels, ease menopause symptoms, lose weight, find time to prioritise their own wellbeing, or just feel happier and healthier.

Together, we will identify small manageable steps that create positive habits to support you and achieve YOUR health and wellbeing goals.

Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Elsa and I’m passionate about supporting people and organisations to improve their health and wellbeing. As a busy working mum of 2 teenagers, I know how challenging finding time for our own wellbeing can be.

Following a successful career for over 20 years in the corporate and not for profit sectors, I am now a highly trained Registered Health and Wellbeing Coach (RHC), supporting busy people to feel less stressed, improve their energy, mood and/or sleep, ease menopause symptoms, make positive lifestyle changes and feel happier and healthier.
