At Elsa Wye Wellbeing my mission is simple: to help individuals and organisations achieve lasting health, balance and vitality. I believe that true wellbeing comes from addressing the whole person—the physical, mental and emotional—and I’m passionate about guiding my clients towards sustainable, positive change.
My Story:
Based in Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire and a busy working mum with 2 teenage sons, my own journey into health and wellbeing coaching began 15 years ago when I experienced firsthand the challenges of managing stress, low energy, unbalanced nutrition and poor sleep. Through personal experience, research and professional training, I discovered the transformative power of lifestyle and tailored wellbeing strategies and I’ve made it my mission to share these tools with others.
With a background in the corporate world I am now a Registered Professional Health and Wellbeing Coach (RHC), Menopause Champion, Corporate Wellness Coach and Stress Management Consultant, accredited by the UK and International Health Coaching Association, the Association for Coaching and The International Stress Management Association.
I combine evidence-based techniques with personalised coaching and compassionate support and encouragement to help individuals manage stress, improve sleep, boost energy, improve nutrition and achieve lasting wellbeing. I also provide tailored corporate wellness programs to enhance employee health and productivity.
