Lifeways Menopause Support Group Wednesday January 15th 6.45-8pm
I am delighted to be back in 2025 to lead this session with Dr Catherine Taylor, GP, specialising in Women’s Health. We will be focussing on our intentions for 2025, what we need to support our wellbeing in 2025 and the small steps we can take to support our menopause journey for the coming year.
Catherine will also be joining us and will talk about vaginal, bladder and sexual health. As always there will be time for a Q&A session afterwards and refreshments will be provided.
